Customers who made reservations can be of three types: Customers Individuals, Institutional and Travel Agencies - Tour operators.
1. Customer Natural Person, who must record the following information:
- Room type book.
- Join Date.
- Departure Date.
- Passenger name or responsible for booking.
- Contact phone number.
- Credit card number and expiration date (*)
(*) For bookings made through Internet CVV code validation or three digits present in the back of the card is requested.
2. Institutional Client:
You must send a written request or purchase order with the same information as the Customer slogan Natural Person, specifying responsible for booking and payment thereof.
If it is a Customer Natural Person who makes a reservation through a company to qualify for institutional rate, must necessarily include your credit card number and expiration date as collateral.
3. Travel Agencies - Tour Operators:
Agencies and Tour Operators bookable under the above two methods and a third call Prepayment NonEnd / NonRef.
Under the latter mode is not necessary to include credit card number and it only works with prepaid and Services.
A request does not constitute warranty, Limari Hotel is only responsible for confirmed by Confirmation Number or code assigned by the hotel and promptly informed customers reservations.
