Have questions about the cancellation of reservations?

  • Customers Natural, Institutional and Travel Agencies Individuals - Tour Operators can cancel their reservation (rescind free) writing.
  • For institutions and travel agencies cancellations are made up to 48 hours prior to arrival, otherwise Hotel Limarí will be seen in the obligation to charge for No Show, equivalent to one night's accommodation each booking unoccupied.
  • Under the NonEnd / NonRef mode, no cancellation; ie once made the payment can not be changed date (NonEnd - Date not Endorsable) and there will be no partial or full refund or amount paid (NonRef - Amount not refundable).
  • In the case of cancellation of reservations guaranteed with prepaid or bank deposit, the Limarí Hotel assess the possibility of partial or total refund of the amount paid by the customer, provided that in the case of cancellation for reasons of force majeure and fit the deadlines and policies established for this purpose.
